Thanks for visiting my site. Twelve years ago I never imagined a methodology that proved so helpful to me personally would take my life in a whole new direction, resulting in this website and the publication of my book, Thought Revolution: How to Unlock Your Inner Genius (Changing Lives Press, March 2012). This methodology taught me to be more intentional and mindful about my life and purpose.
