Ben Bernanke

December 2009 with Ben Bernanke– Chairman, U.S. Federal Reserve Board–Picture was taken at the conclusion of my two year appointed term. It was a great honor to be appointed to the U.S. Federal Reserve Board (TIAC Council) and have the opportunity to get to know and work with the Chairman and other Governors. The council is composed of 10 bank CEO’s from around the United States who are nominated for the post. The Council meets periodically throughout the year with the Chairman and the other Federal Reserve Governors in Washington, D.C. to discuss the banking industry, state of the economy and any other relevant topics. I was nominated to the post by the America’s Community Bankers Trade Group and the St. Louis Federal Reserve Board. The experience was certainly one of the highlights of my twenty year banking career.
